Full Journal pdf1999-05-17 House Journal Page 1571 HB 109 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1513) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 109(RES) am "An Act relating to management of fish and game in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve and navigable waters." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 109(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1999-05-17 House Journal Page 1572 HB 109 Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 109(RES) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 109(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 109(RES) am?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 109(RES) Concur YEAS: 30 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, Bunde, Cissna, Coghill, Cowdery, Croft, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Kapsner, Kemplen, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Moses, Murkowski, Ogan, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Smalley, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Davies, Joule, Kerttula, Kookesh Absent: Grussendorf, Kohring, Mulder, Sanders, Therriault And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS CSHB 109(RES). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 109(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
